認識我們的發展歷程

· 背景 Background：

韵达國際運通股份有限公司成立於2009年，為臺資全資企業，2014年與大陸韵达快遞結束合作關係後，專注於發展跨境電商物流業務，目前全球策略合作倉儲網絡已擴及：臺灣、香港、澳門、大陸(廣州、深圳)、澳大利亞(雪梨、墨爾本、布里斯本)、日本(大阪)、新加坡、馬來西亞、泰國、越南、印尼、菲律賓等地。

The company was established in 2009 and is a wholly-owned Taiwan-funded enterprise. After ending the cooperative relationship with mainland Yunda Express in 2014, it began to focus on the development of cross-border e-commerce logistics business. At present, the global strategic cooperation warehousing network has been expanded to: Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macau, Mainland China (Guangzhou, Shenzhen), Australia (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane), Japan (Osaka), Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Philippines, etc.

2009年：

登記成立

Registered and established 

2014：

本公司與大陸韵达快遞結束合作關係，但仍擁有臺灣「韵达快遞」商標品牌所有權，為純台資企業。

We ended the cooperative relationship with mainland Yunda Express, but still hold the brand ownership of the "YUNDA EXPRESS" trademark in Taiwan, which is a pure Taiwan-funded enterprise.

2015：

本公司針對電商產業展開新業務佈局，專注於四大板塊業務發展：

We had been launched a new business layout for the e-commerce industry, focusing on the business development of four major sectors:

• 台灣空運快遞進出口業務 
• Taiwan air express import and export business
• 航空貨運艙位代理業務
• Air cargo space agency business
• 中華郵政郵袋轉運業務
• Taiwan Post Forwarding Service
• 台灣本地倉儲派件業務
• Local warehousing and dispatching business in Taiwan.

2019：

啟動台灣海運快遞進口業務。

Start the import business of Taiwan marine shipping express. 

2021：

本公司與澳大利亞EWE GlobalExpress簽屬戰略合作協議，共同發展臺灣與大陸發往澳大利亞物流市場。

We had been signed a strategic cooperation agreement with EWE Global Express in Australia to jointly develop the logistics market from Taiwan and the Mainland China to Australia.
